[pstricks] pst-grad - fixed

Dear Herbert,

I found the problem. I re-installed MikTeX and, only when doing this, I noticed
that I had old versions of the pst-??? files in a folder where I maintain my
own LaTeX tools. Due to the manner in which MikTeX organises its data-base,
those old versions (of which I honestly forgot) took precedence on the new ones
and, hence, there was an incompatibility with the pst-grad.pro. Now, things
seem to work.
