[pstricks] Plain TeX format of command.

these options are all passed to the xcolor package and not
used by PSTricks itself.

With the table option xcolor loads colortbl and makes some
modification to this package.

This is all not needed for plain tex, an \input pstricks
should be sufficient. I don't know how ConTeXt loads
packages.
