This seems odd -- the version of pst-func on CTAN is labeled 0.48, but 
it is dated 2007/01/26 (according to the web page -- the date inside 
pst-func.tex itself is 2006/11/20). What you're seeing looks an awful 
lot like unintended white space introduced by a missing comment 
character. Perhaps updating to the version on CTAN would help?

OTOH, it works fine for me even with version 0.46, which is what is 
currently in the MiKTeX package library....
