I uploaded pstricks-add.tgz to the uk mirror.
Please put all files

into the directory
/graphics/pstricks/contrib/pstricks-add


this new version of pstricks-add has the following changes:

- add plotstyle LSM for a Least Square Method to calculate
   the values for a line y=v*x+u, which fits best all
   2-D data records (hv)
- write the  x-y values of psDiffEqn (solving and plotting differential
  equations) to an external file for further use (hv)
- fix bug in pst at Triangle (hv)
