I use MiKTeX and I have no problems here. My file list is exactly the
same as yours, though for some reason neither of the .pro files shows up
in mine. My .pro files are exactly the same versions as yours. (I only
used pstricks and pst-pro in order to shorten the file list, but works
just fine with pst-all as well.)

  *File List*
     test.tex
  article.cls 2005/09/16 v1.4f Standard LaTeX document class
size10.clo 2005/09/16 v1.4f Standard LaTeX file (size option)
pstricks.sty 2006/08/10 v0.32 LaTeX wrapper for `PSTricks' (RN,HV)
pstricks.tex 2006/12/22 v1.15 `PSTricks' (tvz)
   xcolor.sty 2006/11/28 v2.10 LaTeX color extensions (UK)
    color.cfg 2005/12/29 v1.1 MiKTeX 'color' configuration
    dvips.def 1999/02/16 v3.0i Driver-dependant file (DPC,SPQR)
pst-node.sty 2006/01/01 package wrapper for pst-node.tex
pst-node.tex 2000/11/09 97 patch 11 `pst-node' (tvz)

You said the problem came up while you were messing around with your
pst- files. Perhaps you have something from a previous run lurking in
your .aux file or some other file that is being read from the local
directory. What happens if you copy your minimal example to a clean
directory and run it?
