[pstricks] printValue

Hello all

I know this is not really a question that concerns pstricks,
when using cancel package
one can obtain the desired output using yap (dvi viewer) and the pdf output too.
but this fails when i do the dvi to ps and viewing the result with ghostview.
Below the source :

\usepackage{cancel}
\begin{document}
$$\frac{\cancel{(x-1)}}{\cancel{(x-1)}}$$
\end{document}
