[pstricks] pst-grad,pst-eps, pst-coil

Hi,
there are now separate directories for pst-grad, pst-eps and pst-eucl.
All now with an own documentation.

All now uses the extended xkeyval package, which is not interesting
for the normal PSTricks user.
