I have been using the word balloons, as given on

This works fine, but I just wonder whether one could have an  
extension of this, having real "clouds" as word balloons (as in  
cartoons), instead of just the ovals. I could try to draw the  
"clouds" myself, specifying coordinates, etc., but I am just  
wondering whether there is a more "canonical" way to do it.
