[pstricks] pstrick-add / keyval

Thanks Hendri, (I've sent my \lisfiles result but the mail is
currently awaiting moderation)

Well, I have updated both xkeyval and pstricks installation since
those provided by tetex in Debian are not uptodate.

I have doing this by the mean of two (quickly built) debian packages
(xkeyval and pstricks[2005-12-19]). To "overload" silently the Debian
corresponding files, I'm using the local tree
(/usr/local/share/texmf...)
