[pstricks] Cannot get a color. One line is not drawn. Both problems resolved

Yesterday I submitted two questions under nearly this title.
The question about colour has been resolved: The fillcolour of the 
pspolygon* is that of the linecolor as
said in para 4.4 in the 2. verbesserte Auflage of Herbert's book.

When this change fillcolor --> linecolor was made, then the axis was 
correctly drawn.
