[pstricks] Problem with pstricks-add

Some days ago, there was a question on fctt (french ctt) about problem 
with the MikTeX installer and pstricks-add. I don't remember exactly: 
the MikTeX installer don't install pstricks-add.pro or installs it at a 
wrong place on disk.
Then the questions are:
   1. Current pstricks-add.pro is it the right one?
   2. Where pstricks-add.pro had been written on disk?
