[pstricks] pstricks not working

I just installed MacTex in my computer and surprisingly pstricks is  
not working.

When I process such a simple file like

\documentclass{article}

\usepackage[latin1]{inputenc}
\usepackage{pst-all}

\begin{document}

\begin{pspicture}(0,0)(2,2)
   \psline[linewidth=1pt,linecolor=gray]{<->}(0.5,0)(0,1)(1,1.5) 
(1.5,1)(.5,.5)
\end{pspicture}

\end{document}

I get the error:


! Undefined control sequence.
<recently read> \c at lor@to at ps

l.15   \psline[linewidth=1pt,linecolor=gray]{<->}
                                                  (0.5,0)(0,1)(1,1.5) 
(1.5,1)(...

?

Anything I did wrong? or anything I didn't?
