[pstricks] latest pstricks update

seems to be a bug in the package repository, because
MiKTeX deletes the pst-3d.tex|sty|pro, because it is no more
in the base directory. But then with the update it installes only
the pst-3d.sty and forget the pst-3d.tex|pro

install it yourself and/or post a bug report to MiKTeX
