[pstricks] problems with pst-vue3d again

The problem is with 3D.pro Herbert. I have solved it now, becuase I 
missed to put 3D.pro of pst-vue3d in dvips folder. All the problem 
begins with pst-vue3d folder that it is not include in the distribution 
and we have to put it in the differents folders.
