Terry, you should use pst-pdf and the config-file pst-pdf.cfg
from http://perce.de/LaTeX/pst-pdf/
Then you can use the macro \savePics to save _all_ pspicture
environments as pictureXX.eps images, which can be converted
to png.
Drop me a line for the changed source and the eps files.
