[pstricks] pst-circ2 pre-beta

Hello all,

I'm working on a totally rewritten pst-circ with a lot of enhancements 
regarding new dipole definitions and key=val management (thanks to 
Hendri's xkeyval). I'm leaving France for more than a month so I leave 
this work as it is now (no computer where I go!). If some of you are 
interested in looking at it, I let it here

This version is far from being fully fonctionnal (a new multidipole and 
parallel syntax is not yet implemented) and is highly experimental, but 
the outlines are there. Please feel free to send me[*] all feature 
requests and any comments/suggestions.

Known bugs: ShowIntensity and ShowVoltage booleans are not set 
accordingly to Intensity and Voltage values.
