   The only one I saw was the reminder to use ctrl-enter to end each line.
I've done that. Still horizontal. I even added surrounding braces, but that
made no difference.

   I've used ctrl-d (dvi) and neither format has the y-axis label correct.

   FWIW, both links on the bottom of this page -- for the sample .lyx code and
the sample pstricks code -- return "page not found" errors.
