I suppose a problem with the given bounding box. ps4pdf takes exactly
the values of the psicture environment. You can also try the new pst-pdf
package (http://perce.de/LaTeX/pst-pdf). Rolf did a great job here, because
one needs no additional environment to extract the postscript related stuff
from the source. pst-pdf uses the preview package. Look at the example file
for more informations.

However I can see no real problems when you change the reference
point of the \rput macros.
