Thank you Nikos. I am unsure if I want to go as far as install cygwin.
Xdvi, indeed, works very well with pstricks on Unix and Linux. It's a pity
I don't know anything like that for Windows. In fact, I am using TeXLive
with Windows, but its windvi doesn't show ps graphics.
