[pstricks] the pstricks user guides in pdf format I've mentioned have been uploaded

Hello everyone, a few people asked me whether the
pstricks guides I've mentioned have been uploaded.
Yes, thinka to Herbert, they are both on pstricks.de
site now. In 'documentation' section, the item
'PStricks user guide' has two links: the first one,
*with an index* is the first file, usr-full.pdf, and
the second one, 'the two doc files *in one file*' is
the second file, doc-full.pdf.
