[pstricks] psellipsearc

Hi everybody

I am using `PSTricks' v1.04  <2004/06/22> to draw an arc of ellipse.
Since I need to put some label alike \ncput, is there a simple way to
create a pcellipsearc command, like pcline or pccurve? What part of
pstricks should I look to try to arrange such a command (although I
understand pstricks getting inside of it its not easy;) )?
