[pstricks] parameter dotted

Hi Denis,
This is a rendering problem with the TeXShop's pdfviewer. The dotted line
does appear in acrobat correctly. If you continue to increase the
magnification of the TeXShop pdfviewer, the dots will show up,
eventually---on my Mac this is at a magnification of about 550.
