Sorry. This was my mistake. "ppf-example.tex" ist an outdated example. 
Please use "pst-pdf-example.tex". If the option "-dAutoRotatePages=/None" 
crashs ghostscript try "-dPDFSETTINGS=/prepress" instead. Or (better) try

  "-dAutoRotatePages#/None"

I think this is possible under Windows. Am I right? I would like to add a 
working Windows version of the "ps4pdf" script ("ps4pdf.bat"). Can anayone 
help?
