[pstricks] Is this paraboloid possible with PSTricks

Now, the problem is the following:

[psmith at localhost Desktop]$ dvips -o lixo.ps lixo.dvi
This is dvips(k) 5.92b Copyright 2002 Radical Eye Software (www.radicaleye.com)
' TeX output 2004.12.21:1723' -> lixo.ps
dvips: ! Couldn't find header file 3D.pro

I can get the file pst-3d.tex (in www.pstricks.de) and not 3D.pro.
