[pstricks] Script to update PSTricks files

Dear All

Since the PSTricks files are continuously being updated, it would be
very useful to have a script to update, at once, on each one's
computer the last versions of the PSTricks files. Unfortunately, I do
not have the programming skills to do that script. So, I am launching
this idea here to appeal to the generosity of someone equipped with
the needed programming skills to take on this idea.
