[pstricks] Picture does not center

1. use
    \begin{center}
       ...
    \end{center}

2. be sure that you have linebreaks as ctrl-return. This is a mess with
    LyX, that the ERT mode is just like the standard editor mode.
    ctrl-return are see as a red backarrow
