Yes, download xkeyval 1.7 and pst-xkey 1.2 from CTAN.

This link is the current location. This will be changed
in a few days to
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/xkeyval
(with a link from the old location, but that won't be
the official location anymore). The last link does not
work yet, it will take some days.
