[pstricks] specifying angles by direction vectors

it is better to use the xkeyval package. PSTricks has so many
optional arguments, that no one really knows which one are
still defined.

CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/xkeyval/

it provides also a package pst-xkey.tex for the TeX users
