[pstricks] pstVerb, pstverb and dictionaries

The original PSTricks documentation (see Appendix C) mentions the use of
dictionaries. The following code is shown:

	Tdict 10 dict def Tdict begin <code> end

However, the docs don't seem to indicate how the above fragment should be
included in the TeX source. I'm guessing that this involves the \pstVerb and
\pstverb macros but I'm not sure. 

In addition, I've never seen the documentation for these macros (\pstVerb
and \pstverb).

Any help is always appreciated.
