[pstricks] pstricks

I have downloaded the colortab.sty and pstricks.sty files from CTAN
but when I recall the packages the following error occurs:

(pstricks.tex

If you really absolutely need more capacity,
you can ask a wizard to enlarge me.

No pages of output.

I really do not know what to do. Somebody can help me?

(I have windows.XP, TeXnicCenter usint LateX)
