[pstricks] Line join styles and rotated ellipses

Picky questions:

1.  Is there a general way to control line join style (mitre, round,
angle) without \\pscustom as shown on Herbert Voss's excellent web
page?

2.  Is there a nice way to get a rotated ellipse where a hatch fill
pattern edge-matches with similar patterns in the rest of the picture?

3.  Can these be added in the next releases of pstricks or pstricks-add
as built-in options?  Say [joinstyle=mitre|round|angle] in any
line-oriented primiive and for the ellipses, make the [gangle=]
parameter work as for triangles and diamonds?

These appear to be the only tiny gaps in what otherwise is an
exceptionally clean and complete package.
