\makeatletter
[ ... the pentagon stuff ]
\makeatletter

as pentagon.sty, save it in a dir where TeX finds it,
e.g. /usr/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/

and then insert in your doc

\usepackage{pstricks}
\usepackage{pentagon}
