I can confirm the following error (using MiKTeX 2.3):
! Undefined control sequence.
\psls at dashed ...ashadjust \psk at dash \pst at linetype
                                                  \space \tx at DashLine
\else ...
l.10    \end
            {pspicture}
?

It works fine if the definition of \pst at linetype is uncommented.
