[pstricks] prosper and pst-col

I searched for prosper v1.1 and tried it with pstcol
and pst-3dplot, pst-vue3d, ... and the example runs
without any problem and without any modification
to the style files.
I renamed the old version to prosper11.cls and
made it available:
http://www.pstricks.de/foils/prosper11.cls
