[pstricks] ps to pstricks

There is pstoedit to convert ps into some other format (e.g. xfig)
Just run pstoedit -dumphelp

xfig can export pstricks commands as far as I know.

And there is wmf2tex from Grzegorz Owsiany to convert a wmf image to
pstricks commands:
