[pstricks] Problem with pstricks and colortab

Copied it into the pstricks dir, texhash, and ... tadaaa!  Wonderful!

Well, I don't know if there is a reason for not including this package in
the standard teTex distribution, but it seems to have no problem nor
conflicts.
