pstricks 97 and seminar 1.0e bug

Hi All,

I recently experienced exactly the same problem as that reported by
Bruno Sanso (16 Dec) regarding the incompatibility between PSTricks 97
and Seminar v1.0e.

The new version of seminar.cls (1.4) works fine which is excellent.
However, when using 'seminar' with the portrait option and
\portraitonly, the same problem occurs.

ie. the .pro header files are not loaded when using dvips.

Is this a known bug as well?
