[protext] Need ProTeXt Version 2.1

ProTeXt Administrators:

 

ProTeXt version 2.1 does not appear on your public archives at
ftp://tug.org/historic/systems/protext/.

 

Please post and advise when complete; ProTeXt version 2.1 is the only
version authorized for installation by the US Air Force (certification
expires next April and a new certification can take literally months to
get).
