[protext] hardware/software requirements for ProTeXt

due to my experiences, all software included in the ProTeXt-Package will 
run on any hardware which is able to host a win32 operating system, 
beginning with Windows2000, with the exception, that, up to now, i don't 
have any experiences concerning Windows7.
