[protext] Installation dialog in German?

I didn't see any dialog to that effect, sorry.

If it were just me, I could limp by, and I can even
somewhat decipher the dialog. Unfortunately, I'm
trying to set up a CD that others in the office can
use if interested, so that's not so helpful.
