[protext] package missing in the small and large installation of miktex

    I have tried the installation of miktex with the option large : same
    problem !

Very puzzling.  The installation doesn't include cm-super?!  That
certainly seems like a problem, but I think it might be one that needs
to be addressed by MiKTeX, I'm not sure if protext controls which
packages get installed with which options.  Thomas?
