[protext] Buggy Bug List report?

Hi Thomas, could you please take a look at
http://www.tug.org/protext/bugs.html and tell me any changes that should
be made?  I am sure the actual program behavior did not change between
1.0 and 1.1, but did the doc have a different bugs in 1.0 and 1.1 :)?

Hello,
   The page www.tug.org/protext/bugs.html lists
dvipdfm\config\dvipdfm.cfg for version 1.0 and
dvipdfm\config\config for version 1.1.  Perhaps
this is correct, but it looks like it may be an
error.  Did the behavior really change between
these versions, or is one of the bug lists buggy?
