[pdftex] space chars are lost in overfull lines

    and there the space chars are lost.

I took a close look.  For some reason I don't know yet, the spaces in
the overfull line are slightly smaller (a few dozens of sp points) than
the expected limit space(f) - space_shrink(f)

I did a quick fix by allowing 1pt tolerance. Not
perfect but I think it should be ok for most cases.
