[pdftex] Broken PDF output from WEB and CWEB input

My bad!  The same problem occurred with CTWILL and 'pdfctwimac.tex' as 
with WEAVE and 'pwebmac.tex': I missed two spaces in a '\pdfliteral' for 
setting the colors in '\pdfannotlink'.

Both macros have been fixed and the set of PDF files have been 
regenerated:

Now both MuPDF and Acrobat Reader show the pdfTeX output as expected.
