[pdftex] Not able to generate latex pdf using Sphinx

Hi,

I am facing issues while generating pdf using latex through sphinx. I have
installed sphinx, texlive.

Please suggest me steps how to generate clean pdf using latex thorugh
sphinx in python.

I got the following two files as my result, when i tried to generate.
Please guide me.
