[pdftex] Reflowable pdf.

Adobe now offers a reflowable option on pdf files. This of course messes 
up the fine points of paragraph layout, but may make pdf more feasible 
for  Nook etc.  devices.  

Alternatively a straight Kindle or Epub output could be offered as an 
output  option. These are essentially limited forms of html, but Epub 
requires some (IMO unnecessary) auxiliary files as well.

One of these two features could help where a single book was prepared 
for both print and e-book forms.
