[pdftex] bug in pdftex

Hi,
recently I have found that the option
-src-specials=WHERE     insert source specials in certain places of
                          the DVI file. WHERE is a comma-separated value
                          list: cr display hbox math par parend vbox
does nothing when substituting parend as WHERE (if WHERE=par,parend
the specials are inserted only at the beginning of a paragraph).
I did not tested other possibilities as unimportant at the moment, on 
the other hand having src-special at the beginning of a paragraph is not 
very good as it spoils using \everypar in some more sophisticated cases.
