Where can I find a current version of the manual? Due to a
discussion I tried to find a description of the \letterspacefont
primitive. The version of pdftex-a.pdf on CTAN has a date in 2007
(and doesn't mention \letterspacefont). pdftex-t.tex in the bz2
mentioned above has the date
