[pdftex] typo in manual?

I guess Will's wondering comes from the confusion between *number* of
scaled seconds and *value* of said scaled second :-) Maybe the sentence
in the manual could be rephrased to say "xxx scaled seconds (a scaled
second is a second divided by 65556)", or "xxx scaled seconds, that
means xxx/65536th of a second" or something else in the like. In any
case, in think it's best to make the value of a scaled second stand out,
not the number of scaled seconds in some period of time, hence to keep
the mention of a division, not a multiplication.
