[pdftex] Problem with pdf inclusion

Hi,

I have a problem with a pdf that can be downloaded from here:
http://www.opticsinfobase.org/abstract.cfm?uri=oe-17-4-2646

Including this pdf eg. with

 \pdfcompresslevel=0
 \pdfximage{paper.pdf}
 \pdfrefximage\pdflastximage
 \bye

will create a content stream containing

 Q /SPIPa0 DoQ /SPIPa1 Do

Note, the missing space between Do and Q.

Tested with
 
pdfTeX 3.1415926-1.40.9-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.7)
